The Global Health Institute is committed to supporting students and faculty seeking global research opportunities. Students and faculty can take advantage of Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health (MEZCOPH) and University of Arizona internal funding mechanisms that specifically support global health research, scholarship, and travel.
The GHI encourages MEZCOPH students and faculty to apply to the Dean's Annual Fund, the centralized application that distributes funding from various sources. Students can also apply for College of Public Health Scholarships and Aid, which may be used to fund global projects and travel.
The GHI additionally helps faculty and students identify external funding sources through GHI web-based links to funding resources and regular e-mail funding alerts for global health research.
